We braved the brisk windy cold weather for Opening Day. Im not sure what the deal is but every year it can be beautiful the week before then turn out to be freezing on Opening Day. This year wasn't any different, bitter bitter cold wind ALLL day, then Sunday rolls around to beautiful Sunny skies. Lovely.
The day starts with pictures at 7:15 then on to the Parade at 10:30 followed by the Ceremony and the Exhibition games. Which makes for a long day none the less. This year Coleton received an invitation to be apart of the ceremony other than the normal announcing of the team. Since his Allstar Team last year went on to win District Champions the team was invited to hang the flag during the ceremony. It is quite the honor to have that recognition during this ceremony.
